From inside the app
Signed-in users can use Send feedback — in the ⋯ Options menu of any document or task, or in the account menu. Bug reports land directly with the team, with room for screenshots.
Billing
Invoices, payment methods, and plan changes are self-serve under Settings → Plans & billing in the app, which links to your Stripe billing portal. Anything unclear about a charge — email us and we'll sort it out.
