DuoExpert is built around AI-generated content. This page states plainly what that output is — and what it is not.

AI output can be wrong

The documents, answers, plans, code, apps, and websites your AI agent produces are generated by large language models. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading — sometimes confidently so. Always review AI output before you rely on it, act on it, send it to someone, or publish it. You are responsible for what you do with it.

Not professional advice

DuoExpert serves professionals — founders, teachers, lawyers, accountants, doctors, consultants — but its output is not legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and no professional-client relationship is created by using it. It is a drafting and thinking aid for you, the professional. Decisions that require licensed judgment remain yours, and where the stakes call for it you should consult a qualified professional.

Your work, your review

The Service is designed so that you stay in the loop: the AI drafts, you decide. Deliverables the AI produces — an investor update, a lesson plan, a contract summary, a published website — should be treated as drafts until you have reviewed and approved them.

Published sites and user apps

Websites and apps published through DuoExpert are created and owned by their users, not by us. The views and content they carry are their authors', and we do not review or endorse them. To report abusive content, contact contact@duoexpert.ai.

No warranty

The Service and its output are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The full warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability are in the Terms of Service.
